Getting Started

What is the Vodafone Cloud Store?
Vodafone Cloud Store is an online store offering a comprehensive portfolio of applications for your business. It contains products such as Microsoft 365, G Suite, among others. These products were chosen to increase the productivity of your business. The access to Vodafone Cloud Store is free of charge and all Vodafone Business customers are eligible to access this app store. Contact your Vodafone Account Manager.
I already have applications that I purchased with Vodafone outside the Vodafone Cloud Store, or purchased through another provider. Can I still log into the Vodafone Cloud Store?
Yes. If you are a Vodafone business customer, you can access the Vodafone Cloud Store. To register, contact your Vodafone Account Manager.
How will I be charge if I purchase an application on the Vodafone Cloud Store in the middle of my billing cycle?
Your invoice will be prorated; only the remaining days of the billing cycle will be charged. For instance, if your billing cycle starts at the first day of the month and ends on the last day of the same month, and you buy an application on the 20th of January; you will only be charge for 11 days of using the application. In the following month, you will pay the complete invoice.
What products and services can I purchase from the Vodafone Cloud Store?
You can choose from several products that will make your business more efficient and effective. Do you need an application that helps you with the security of your communication equipment? Or an application that eases the tasks of your human resources team? In this case, you can find productivity and collaboration applications here, such as G Suite, Microsoft Office 365 or Vodafone Teamlog or cybersecurity applications like Trendmicro.
How am I able to get reports from the Vodafone Cloud Store?
You may find your purchases on your monthly Vodafone invoices. We recommend that you check the application's website for more information, as there are suppliers that provide a detailed report to the company account administrator.

Accounts and Roles

May I change my email address on the Vodafone Cloud Store?
As a Company Account Administrator: Yes, you may update your email in your profile settings on the Vodafone Cloud Store (Name  -> Settings). Your email to access the Vodafone Cloud Store will change and you must use this new email to login. You do not need to change your name, but if you want to do it in order to be consistent with your new email, you can do it in the same place where you changed the email. As a User: Yes, you may update your email in your profile settings on the Vodafone Cloud Store (Name -> Settings). If you choose this new email as your primary email, you must log in with it. You can also place this new email as a secondary.
Who can buy from the Vodafone Cloud Store?
This is an option reserved for the administrator of your company's Vodafone Cloud Store account.

Buying and Managing licenses

How do I check the status of my purchase at the Vodafone Cloud Store?
Accessing your Vodafone Cloud Store account and entering Manage -> Account. You will be able to view your recent events in the Control Panel. You can also access your order history for each application purchased. Please follow these steps: Select "Manage- > Account ->Applications ->Manage Applications", click "Manage" next to your application and select "View order history".
I have licenses in other platform; can I move them to the Vodafone Cloud store?
The process for transferring a license varies from supplier to supplier. Please contact us so that we may clarify this issue.
How can I change / remove an app on the Vodafone Cloud Store?
To remove or change an app you must log in to your account at the Vodafone Cloud Store and go to “My Apps”, click on the gear button and choose “Manage apps”. Alternatively, you can do it through "Account" -> "Applications" ->  "Manage applications". Please note that some fees may apply in the event of a contract change without termination.
How to add more licenses to an application that you have already purchased?
To add a license you must log in to your Vodafone Cloud Store account and go to “My applications”, click on the gear button and choose “Manage”. On the other hand, you can do it through "Account" ->"Applications" ->"Manage applications".
How do I view my invoice?
All your purchases made at the Vodafone Cloud Store it will be reflected in your company’s current Vodafone invoice.
I already have applications purchased through Vodafone. How do I access the applications I have already purchased?
You can continue to consult your applications (not purchased through the Vodafone Cloud Store) in the same way that you consult today. The applications you already have are unchanged.
